Last week we had a great time presenting Solari at 'Seeds and Chips' in Milan. Started last year in conjunction with the International EXPO held in Milan, Seeds and Chips 2016 continues its global mission to push the limits of Food Innovation. Fitting that this event takes place in Italy, home to rich food, agriculture, and technology innovation communities.
We were proud to present our Portable Solar Cooker to thousands of visitors, speakers and exhibitors from around the world.
Some highlights included having the Ethiopian State Minister of Industry - H.E. Mebrahtu Meles and Tina Lindgreen of WAF awards, RAI television drop by.
It was great meeting many inspiring food innovators across the board from gelato, food, applications and hardware such, all with the mission to reduce waste and bring innovation to the entire food ecosystem.
We enjoyed ourselves very much at Seeds and Chips 2016 and in Milan and can't wait for more exciting food innovation - what an amazing time to be part of the food technology space! Well done to everyone who participated and, of course, to Marco and the 'Seeds and Chips' team for a successful event.
